A man has been charged in connection with a spate of nine shoplifting offences targeting Boots stores across the country.
Officers have been investigating a series of repeated thefts that were reported to have taken place throughout August 2024. Various beauty and health care items were stolen which totalled just over £9,000.
Aurel-Robertino Marin, 50, was arrested on Thursday 29 August, as part of an investigation by the Dover Victim Based Crime team.
Marin, of Edgware Road, London was charged with nine counts of theft and appeared at Margate Magistrates' Court on Friday 30 August.
