A motorbike at the centre of antisocial behaviour in Faversham has been seized.
Local officers had received more than 20 calls since May 2026 reporting that an off road bike was allegedly being driven dangerously along roads, pavements and through parks in residential areas.
On Friday 25 September 2026, with the help of a Kent Police drone pilot, officers were able to capture the reported antisocial riding in progress which led to the seizure of the bike.
The rider, a 30 year old man from Faversham, was reported for summons for careless driving and driving with no insurance.
Inspector Julia Bassindale said: ‘This bike has been responsible for community frustration for a while and we know the impact it has had on residents. ‘Officers are keen to crack down on nuisance vehicles, and we regularly work with residents and business owners to gather information that allows effective and timely enforcement. ‘Seizing this bike sends a strong message that persistent antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and we will use all available resources to tackle the issue.’
