Two suspected drug dealers have been arrested and charged in less than 24 hours after officers attended an address in Deal.
On Friday 14 August 2026, officers attended a property in Stockdale Gardens, in order to arrest a man who was outstanding for an unrelated offence. Upon entering the house, officers encountered two additional men inside.
During a search of the property, patrols discovered approximately 1kg of suspected heroin, 2kg of suspected cocaine, and more than £5,000 in cash which were seized.
All three man were arrested at the scene.
Hours later, Jack Moore, 36, of no fixed address and Mark Burrows, 46, of no fixed address, were charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of criminal property.
They were remanded in custody and attended Folkestone Magistrates' Court the next day. They have since been remanded in custody and will next appear before Canterbury Crown court on Monday 14 September.
A 46 year old man, who was also arrested at the property, has been released on bail whilst enquiries continue.
