A suspect has been arrested less than an hour after a motorcycle was stolen in Tonbridge.
It is reported the red Honda had been parked in the High Street, when another motorcycle stopped and a pillion passenger jumped off and stole it.
The theft happened at around 1.30pm on Wednesday 18 December 2024.
Fast track enquiries led officers to search areas near Brook Street, where a crash helmet and gloves linked to the suspects were seized.
A black motorbike believed to have been ridden by the suspects leading up to the theft was then recovered nearby.
At 2.15pm, a 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of theft and taken into custody. He is currently bailed pending further enquiries.
