A suspect has appeared in court charged with indecent exposure in Sittingbourne.
Kent Police was called at around midnight on 17 April 2026 to reports of a man with a torch indecently exposing himself in the Bell Road area.
Officers attended the scene and, following an investigation, a suspect was arrested on Monday 1 June.
Martin Daynes, 64, of Broom Road, was later charged with indecent exposure. He appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court where he was remanded in custody until his next hearing at the same court on Friday 3 July.
Investigators are appealing to witnesses who have not yet spoken to the police to call 01795 419119 quoting reference 46/60811/26.
