A suspected burglar was arrested just 10 minutes after a reported Maidstone break-in.
Kent Police was called at 3.55am on Thursday 15 May 2025 to a report of a burglary at a residential property near Old Tovil Road.
It is alleged a suspect broke into the address and left the scene when confronted by an occupant.
Proactive patrols in the area stopped a man behaving suspiciously in nearby College Road.
A later search led to the recovery of suspected stolen car keys and designer sunglasses.
A local man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of burglary and was taken into custody.
