The fight against the sale of heroin and cocaine in Gravesham has continued with charges for a suspected dealer.
Investigators have been completing enquiries concerning a mobile phone that has reportedly been used to supply class A drugs to users in north Kent. This included the execution of a search warrant at an address in London on 25 February 2025.
On Thursday 6 March, officers attended First Avenue in Walthamstow, where a man was arrested with two mobile phones and taken into custody. The constables also seized heroin, cocaine and more than £1,000 in cash from a nearby address.
Sammy Jean, of High Road, Woodford Green, London, was later charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, being concerned in the supply of heroin, possession of cocaine with intent to supply and possessing heroin with intent to supply.
He was also charged with a public order offence in connection with his conduct whilst in custody.
The 18 year old was remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday 7 March.
