Suspect arrested and drugs seized in car - Maidstone

Drugs and cash have been seized by proactive officers after a suspicious vehicle was spotted in Maidstone.

The constables were on patrol in the Tovil area when they stopped the car in Straw Mill Hill, at around 11pm on Friday 25 April 2025.

Suspecting the driver may be involved in the supply of drugs, a search was completed and approximately £600 was seized.

Several wraps of suspected cocaine were also recovered from under the steering column.

The driver, a 25 year old man from West Kilburn, London, was arrested and taken into custody.
