Proactive patrols arrested a man for a weapons offence after stopping a car on the A20 near West Kingsdown.
At 8:40am on Thursday 15 February 2024, officers stopped a driver who was reportedly using a mobile phone while driving. A subsequent search led to the seizure of a wooden cosh.
A man in his 30s from Swanley was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon. He was later released on bail.
