A swift arrest was made by officers in Ramsgate after damage to a property in Sussex Street was reported on the evening of Wednesday 8 January 2025.
Kent Police was called to the area shortly before 11pm following a report that a man was behaving in an erratic manner outside an address and a window had been damaged.
It was alleged that the man left the scene after being disturbed.
Officers attended and a 42 year old man was detained nearby shortly afterwards.
The man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and remains in custody while enquiries continue.
