A teenager has been charged following a serious assault in Dartford.
At around 5pm on Sunday 9 July 2023, a man was reportedly assaulted by a teenager in London Road, Dartford. It is alleged the suspect left the scene immediately after. The victim was taken to hospital but has since been discharged.
A 16-year-old boy was later charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon. He appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 19 July and has been bailed to a further hearing at Medway Youth Court on Thursday 27 July.
