A burglary suspect has been arrested and charged less than two days after a break-in at a flat in Tunbridge Wells.
Kent Police was called at 5.25pm on Tuesday 15 February 2022, to an address in Birch Close, where entry had been gained after a door was forced open.
It is alleged around £250 in cash and a phone were stolen. A television was also damaged.
On Thursday 17 February, Scott Parker, aged 46, of Hornbeam Avenue, Southborough was arrested by officers from the Tunbridge Wells Community Policing Team.
He was later charged with burglary and remanded to Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday 18 February.
