Officers have charged two suspects in connection with an aggravated burglary near Folkestone.
Kent Police was called following the incident, reported to have taken place between 9.50pm and 10.20pm on Sunday 3 November 2024.
The occupants of a property in the Corbett Road area of Hawkinge, reported that threats were made and two wall clocks were stolen during the burglary.
Detectives are investigating the incident and have charged two people.
Darren Butler, 34, of Ash Terrace, Seaham, Durham, was charged with aggravated burglary and driving while disqualified.
He appeared at Margate Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 7 November where he was remanded in custody. He will next appear at Canterbury Crown Court on 9 December.
Callum Elliot, 22, of Harbour Way, Folkestone, was charged on 7 November with aggravated burglary. He was remanded to appear at Margate Magistrates’ Court on the same day.
