Teenager missing from Tonbridge

Officers are seeking help to locate a 16 year old girl reported missing from Tonbridge on Monday 21 September 2026.

Laila Barton was last seen at around 9am in Maidstone West train station and officers are growing concerned for her welfare. She is known to travel using rail networks and has known links to Maidstone, West Malling, Dartford, Ashford and London.

She was believed to be wearing her school uniform at the time.

Laila is white and around 5ft 6in with a medium build. She has long dark brown hair and brown eyes.
