CCTV image released - theft from car in Maidstone

A CCTV image has been released by officers investigating the theft of a purse from a car in Maidstone.

The victim reported their vehicle had been targeted in Park Avenue between 10pm on 29 June 2020 and 7.40am the following day.

Card used

A bank card from inside the purse was later used to make a purchase at a shop in Bower Place.

Officers would like to identify the person pictured in the CCTV image, who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
