Appeal following inappropriate behaviour in Herne Bay

Witnesses are sought by officers investigating a report of inappropriate behaviour in Herne Bay.
A teenager reported she was waiting at a bus stop outside Herne Bay railway station at around 10am on Thursday 10 December 2020 when a man walked past and touched her leg.
Nothing was said and the girl walked away without further issue.

The man was described as a short, middle-aged white male, wearing dark clothing. He was reportedly walking a small dog on a lead at the time.
