Man injured during robbery in Chatham

Kent Police is appealing for information following a reported robbery in Chatham.
The incident happened in an alleyway between Luton Road and Magpie Hall Road, near the Luton Arches roundabout, between 11.30pm and midnight on Saturday 19 December 2020.
It was reported that a man in his fifties was assaulted and may have had items stolen from him.
The victim suffered injuries to his head and face and does not recall what happened. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment but has since been discharged.
The suspect is described as being a man in his forties wearing black trousers, a black coat, black Nike trainers and a red baseball cap.
