Charges brought against a man for Dover burglaries

A 42-year-old man has been charged in connection with burglaries in Dover.

Guy Hills, of no fixed address, was charged with three counts of burglary on Wednesday 7 March.

They include: 
  • A burglary of commercial premises in King Street, Dover on Wednesday 28 February 2018 in which cash was reported stolen. 
  • A  burglary of commercial premises in King Street, on Thursday 1  March in which a safe, two charity pots and a quantity of cash was taken.
  • A burglary of commercial premises in Priory Place on Sunday 4 March in which a tip jar was reported stolen. 

He appeared via virtual link at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 7 March and was released on bail.

The case will be heard at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 28 March.
