The museum has toilet facilities available. Unfortunately we do not have baby changing facilities or an adult changing places facility.

The museum does not have a cafe or offer refreshments. We are based close to the town centre that has a number of coffee shops and cafes within a five minute walk.

We aim to be as accessible as possible. If you need any additional information or would like to discuss your requirements, please phone us on 01795 433028 or email [email protected]

If you require assistance during your visit, please let a team member know and they will be happy to help you.

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building.

Wheelchair users and pushchairs

Access to most of the museum is step free and on the ground floor.

Hearing induction loop

We do not currently have a hearing induction loop, but we have displays with subtitled information.

Due to the small size of the museum please book your tickets to secure a visiting slot.

We look forward to seeing you.
