Group visits
The museum will also be open to group visits or pre-booked parties on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Please enter the museum main gallery via the police station front counter reception area.
Parking is available at Church Road and is free for two hours. Additional parking can be found at Institute Road and Central Car Park. Other car parks can be found on the Swale Borough Council website.
Please do not park outside the museum.
The museum has toilet facilities available. Unfortunately we do not have baby changing facilities or an adult changing places facility.
The museum does not have a cafe or offer refreshments. We are based close to the town centre that has a number of coffee shops and cafes within a five minute walk.

- Assistance dogs - assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building
- Wheelchair users and pushchairs - access to most of the museum is step free and on the ground floor
- Hearing induction loop - We do not currently have a hearing induction loop, but we have displays with subtitled information
