If you have reported a crime or incident that has taken place in Kent, then your feedback is very important to us.
If you have called 999, 101 or used our Live Chat service, you will receive a text message immediately after your contact with a link to a satisfaction survey.
If you have attended any of our Public Enquiry Offices, you will also be able to rate our service by scanning the QR code positioned within the front desks. Responses are reviewed by the Local Command Team to identify any areas for improvement and to recognise when a good service has been provided.
Taking part in our surveys is voluntary, you do not have to complete them.
