This site is a beta, which means it's a work in progress and we'll be adding more to it over the next few weeks. Your feedback helps us make things better, so please let us know what you think.
If you have reported a crime or incident that has taken place in Kent then your feedback is very important to us.
Your feedback lets us know how well we responded to you and what we need to do to provide a better service to anyone who calls on our services.
You have received a text message from us because our records show that you recently contacted Kent Police in order to report an incident or crime via your mobile phone. We appreciate you taking the time to complete our short survey (four questions) by responding to the text your usual charges will apply.
You can confirm that the text you received was sent by us by checking the number it came from: 07507 310 586 (this may also show as +44 7507 310 586).
Controls are put in place to ensure confidentiality and we will never ask for financial information, passwords, or PINs in any of our surveys.
Taking part in our surveys is voluntary. Choosing to participate will have no impact on your case.
As with all of our surveys, respondents do not have to participate, and you can simply delete the text message if you do not wish to take part.
You may also opt out and not receive future survey messages from us. To do this, please reply STOP to OPT from receiving future surveys.
You can withdraw your consent for us to use your response to this survey at any time in the future.
Kent Police takes your privacy very seriously, see our Privacy notice for full details.
The survey responses give us a view of how satisfied victims and callers are with our service at a force-wide level.
Responses are also reviewed by the relevant local command team so that they can pick up any immediate areas for improvement and recognise when a good service has been provided.
