Kent Police has been accredited by an independent panel as a menopause friendly employer.
The accreditation demonstrates the force has clarity in how it supports menopause in the workplace, creating an environment where menopause can be talked about easily, and where there is appropriate support for colleagues.
The panel of assessors was made up of experts in their field, who are passionate about accelerating change in menopause in the workplace best practice.
