You will have been provided with a Bail Notice showing details of when and where you are required to surrender to custody and any bail conditions that may apply. If it is necessary to extend your bail, beyond the initially authorised period, any representation made by you or your legal representative will be taken into account before a decision is made. If a further interview is deemed necessary before you surrender to custody, and certain conditions apply, you may be arrested for that purpose or you may be invited to attend a voluntary review.
You must surrender to custody as originally instructed unless you are informed otherwise in writing by Kent Police.
