Join us as a police constable (PC) and make a real difference in Kent! The most important part of your job will be to protect life, but you'll also build strong relationships with local communities, prevent and detect crime, support victims and witnesses and keep people safe. With our dedicated police training college and ongoing support, we'll equip you with everything you need to succeed.

Plus, if you're unsure about which path to take, you can join as a PC and then pursue a career to become a detective without having to reapply.

Starting salary is £32,907 (this includes £3,000 South East allowance). Your salary will increase in yearly increments up to £51,231 within seven years, along with a number of other benefits.
