4. Training
We will arrange an induction for you which will signpost and familiarise yourself with the working of Kent Police, equipping you to help us achieve our priorities. We will also create a bespoke training programme considering your experience, time away from policing and your training needs which will be reviewed by learning and development during the recruitment process ahead of your start date. to help you settle into your new position.
After your initial training, we will support your continuous professional development.
