Kent Police are committed to supporting existing employees from the Armed Forces community and to encourage others from a military background to join us.

We have a working group to explore and introduce new initiatives such as enhancing the Recruitment Buddy Scheme that pairs potential new officers and staff up with existing employees who can guide them through the recruitment process.

We actively promote available roles to the military community via digital marketing and physical recruitment events.
