I became a volunteer leader at Kent Police when my eldest daughter, among the first cadets, was in her final cadet year. Witnessing the positive influence the leaders had on her, I wanted to contribute to the Kent Police team. My passion lies in supporting the youth, utilising my non-policing background and HR skills for career development.
Being a leader is both rewarding and fascinating offering insights into the policing world. As a cadet parent and leader, I’ve had enriching experiences, from community events to outdoor activities, fostering personal growth and skill enhancement within a dedicated team.
