If you are a special constable with another UK force or have previously served as a special constable with Kent Police - we welcome your application.
We will ask you to forward us a copy of your training record. If you are transferring, we will also ask for a copy of your latest personal development review. Once we have received this, you will be asked to attend an interview. If you pass this stage, you will then be invited to undertake a multiple-choice knowledge check, where we will assess your current level of understanding on law.
Your results will be passed to our training team who will arrange a one-to-one meeting with you to discuss your skill-gap analysis and learning programme, you will then be able to start duties or training.
