Officers have carried out targeted patrols in areas where off-road bikes have been causing concern. This activity has helped to deter antisocial behaviour, with one bike seized and several riders being dispersed from the area. Officers will continue to patrol known hotspots, respond to reports from the public and take action where offences are identified.

These patrols help to deter offending, identify those responsible and provide reassurance to local residents. Since this activity began, no further incidents have been reported, suggesting that the problem has reduced in the area.
