More than 1,000 cannabis plants were seized from a property in Broad Street.
Three other arrests have been made in relation to the incident on Wednesday 9 April.
Police simultaneously entered and searched properties in Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Birchington, Canterbury, Croydon and Surrey on Thursday 3 April.
