Antisocial behaviour - nuisance.

PC Beard and PC Smith continue to tackle antisocial behaviour across the area through high-visibility patrols and targeted enforcement activity. Working alongside the Neighbourhood Task Force, they focus on hotspot locations and take action against those causing problems. Where necessary, officers use dispersal powers to direct individuals to leave an area if their behaviour is causing harassment, alarm or distress. They also use Community Protection Warnings and Community Protection Notices to address persistent antisocial behaviour. A Community Protection Warning is a formal warning, while a Community Protection Notice is a legal notice that can lead to further action if the behaviour continues. Residents are encouraged to report concerns through local community meetings or My Community Voice.

E-scooters/E-bikes.

PC Beard and PC Smith are continuing to tackle the illegal and antisocial use of e-scooters and bikes across the area. Through targeted patrols and enforcement activity, they work to identify those using these vehicles unlawfully and take appropriate action where offences are committed. Supported by the Neighbourhood Task Force, officers focus on areas where concerns have been raised, helping to improve safety for residents, pedestrians and other road users. Residents are encouraged to report issues through local community meetings or My Community Voice, as information from the public helps officers target patrols and take action.

Drug dealing.

PC Beard and PC Smith, supported by the Neighbourhood Task Force, continue to tackle drug-related activity across the area. Through targeted patrols, community engagement and the use of stop and search powers where appropriate, they work to identify those involved in drug-related offending and disrupt criminal activity. Information provided by residents helps officers focus their efforts where they are needed most, and the team will continue to take action against those responsible while working to keep the community safe. Residents are encouraged to report concerns and sign up to My Community Voice to receive updates from their local neighbourhood policing team.
