PC Howard remains committed to tackling drug-related activity in Nethercourt. Supported by the Neighbourhood Task Force, he carries out regular patrols, targeted enforcement activity and uses stop and search powers where appropriate to disrupt drug use and dealing. PC Howard also works closely with partner organisations, including housing and support services, to address the wider issues linked to drug-related offending. Information from residents plays a vital role in helping officers identify concerns and target activity where it is needed most. Anyone with concerns about drug-related activity is encouraged to report them through local engagement events or My Community Voice, helping officers take action and keep the community safe.

Road safety issues.

PC Howard is committed to improving road safety and tackling nuisance vehicle use in the area. Through regular patrols and vehicle checks, he works to identify unsafe or unlawful road users and take appropriate action. Recent activity has included an arrest for drink-driving and the seizure of an illegally used e-bike, with offences reported where appropriate. PC Howard continues to work to reduce risks on local roads and encourages residents to share concerns through local community meetings or My Community Voice. Information from the public helps officers identify issues, target patrols and take action where it is needed most.
