Officers continue to carry out patrols in areas where fly-tipping concerns have been reported. No incidents of fly-tipping have been reported in the area during this reporting period, helping to keep it a low-level concern. Officers will continue to monitor the situation and work with partners where necessary to prevent environmental crime and protect the local area.

Road safety issues.

Officers continue to carry out proactive road safety patrols in areas where concerns have been raised about speeding and antisocial driving. Drivers found committing traffic offences may be dealt with through a Traffic Offence Report, which is a formal process used to record and deal with road traffic offences. Officers also provide advice and education to encourage safe and responsible driving. This ongoing activity helps improve road safety, reduce dangerous driving and provide reassurance to local residents.
