  • Our priorities
  • Priority:

    Action taken:

  • Priority:

    Antisocial behaviour - nuisance.

    Issued 20 July 2026

    Action taken:

Reports of antisocial behaviour have been incorporated into local taskings and CCTV footage has been reviewed regularly to ensure an intelligence-led approach to problem solving and enforcement. Officers have continued to support local council meetings and community surgeries, working closely with partner agencies to identify concerns, share information, and develop long-term solutions to issues affecting residents.

    Actioned 30 September 2026

  • Priority:

    Catapults.

    Issued 20 July 2026

    Action taken:

Officers have supported ongoing operations aimed at addressing reports concerning the misuse of catapults and increasing community reassurance. Engagement has been carried out following the reporting of incidents and officers have looked to improve intelligence gathering. In addition, high-visibility patrols have been conducted in affected areas to provide a visible policing presence, increase public confidence, and deter those involved in offending behaviour.

    Actioned 30 September 2026

  • Priority:

    E-scooters/E-bikes.

    Issued 20 July 2026

    Action taken:

Officers have continued to work alongside colleagues from Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council Safer Streets Team throughout the summer period to address concerns relating to e-scooters and e-bikes involved in antisocial behaviour. Joint engagement and patrol activity have focused on educating riders about legal requirements and responsible use, whilst also identifying opportunities to take appropriate enforcement action where offences or persistent antisocial behaviour have been identified. This partnership approach aims to reduce nuisance behaviour, improve public confidence, and promote the safe and lawful use of e-bikes and e-scooters within the community.

    Actioned 30 September 2026
