3. Governance
Kent Police is the data controller of the held information. To manage the responses/data release in a consistent way, a (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) meeting between Kent Police Data Protection Officer (DPO), the change team, Corporate Communications, and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) (by exception) will be held.
Meetings will discuss:
- requests received
- requests falling within the remit of the publication strategy
- risks relating to the disclosure of information not covered by the publication strategy
- risk mitigation
- proposed response
- publication strategy review
