Rejoiner opportunities

We are accepting applications from experienced officers up to the rank of inspector who have left the force within the last five years.

We will consider applications from officers who left over five years ago and those in other ranks interested in applying to rejoin on promotion.

To apply you must also:

• have resided in the UK for three years immediately before submitting your application
• not be a current or previous member of a proscribed terrorist organisation or group
• declare any membership or involvement with the Reserve Forces
• not have tattoos which could cause be interpreted as discriminatory, offensive, indicative of attitudes or views which are inconsistent with the College of Policing's Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Behaviour. Colour photos of each tattoo will be required
• not have any existing County Court Judgements (CCJs) outstanding against you or have registered bankrupt and not have been discharged for at least three years
• have a full UK Category B manual driving licence (with six points or less) by time of appointment
