Our Force Control Room is based at Coldharbour which is just off junction 5 on the M20 in Maidstone. Please be aware that you will need to attend this location for all shifts - remote working is not possible due to the nature of this role.
We have several intakes planned for 2025. Our next intake will be 24 March 2025 .
Please note that no annual leave can be taken between 24 March 2025 and 6 June 2025 while you undertake your training.
£26,385 rising to £30,453 with experience (plus 10% dependent on shift pattern).

Our busy control room is the start of our response to members of the public. You will receive calls about missing persons to road traffic incidents, burglaries to assaults - no two days will be the same.
