Stuart McAllister targeted elderly and vulnerable victims in Dover and Hythe between April and June 2024.
The incident took place in the Tower Hamlets area of the town between 3pm and 4pm on Sunday 8 December 2024.
Detectives are investigating the incident in Folkestone Road.
Kent Police was called after a man was assaulted by another man following an event at Farthingloe Barn.
The Best Bar None awards were held in the Dover District Council Chambers to highlight the eight venues accredited under the scheme.
