Investigators have released an image of a man who may be able to assist their enquiries.
Drug dealing.

Over the past 3 months, officers have been carrying out work to tackle the supply of illegal drugs in the Deal area. As part of this activity, officers recently carried out arrests and searches at a property in Deal, resulting in 3 people being arrested. During the search, officers recovered a large quantity of suspected Class A drugs with an estimated street value of around £700,000. The individuals arrested have been remanded in custody while court proceedings continue.
In a separate incident, officers stopped a vehicle in Deal and recovered a quantity of suspected drugs and a mobile phone believed to be linked to drug-related activity. The driver, who was disqualified from driving, is under investigation for suspected drug supply offences and driving while disqualified. The vehicle was also seized.
We encourage anyone with information about suspected drug dealing or other criminal activity to report it to Kent Police. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crimestoppers.

Road safety issues.

Over the past few months, officers have been taking action to improve road safety and tackle criminal activity involving vehicles across the Deal area. This work has led to a number of vehicles being seized, including a stolen vehicle that failed to stop for police and another vehicle driven by someone who had been banned from driving.
In a separate incident, officers stopped a vehicle in Deal and recovered a quantity of suspected drugs and a mobile phone believed to be linked to drug dealing activity. The driver, who was disqualified from driving, is under investigation for suspected possession with intent to supply drugs and driving while disqualified. The vehicle was also seized.
We will continue to take action against those who put others at risk through dangerous or illegal driving and against those involved in criminal activity.
