Officers wish to identify a man as part of enquiries into the circumstances of an incident on Sunday 25 August.
Witnesses are sought following a report of a man exposing himself near Sittingbourne.
Five thefts were reported to have taken place in shops in Whitstable, Herne Bay and Sittingbourne between 22 and 25 June.
