Nuisance youths.
Issued 21 July 2026
Officers have maintained proactive patrols in locations identified through community feedback and previous reports, particularly during peak times when incidents are more likely to occur. Through engagement with young people, local businesses, schools, and partner agencies, officers have been able to identify those involved in antisocial behaviour and intervene at an early stage. Where necessary, positive action has been taken, while education and engagement have been used to prevent repeat offending. This continued approach has helped reduce antisocial behaviour, provide reassurance to residents, and strengthen relationships between young people and the wider community.
