The collision involving two vehicles took place in Tonge at 4.50pm on Saturday 25 April.
The collision took place at around 4pm on Thursday 12 February 2026.

Officers have carried out targeted patrols and enforcement activity to tackle the illegal use of e-scooters and e-bikes within the area. Using information provided by residents, officers have focused on hotspot locations, resulting in vehicles being stopped and seized where offences have been identified. This ongoing work helps improve safety and reduce nuisance vehicle use within the community.

Working with partner agencies and using community information, enforcement activity has helped improve compliance, deter offending, and keep local roads safer for all road users

Officers have increased high-visibility patrols in areas affected by antisocial behaviour, providing reassurance to residents and businesses while identifying those responsible for causing nuisance. Working alongside schools, partner agencies, and local communities, officers have taken positive action where appropriate and engaged with young people to prevent repeat incidents and encourage positive behaviour.
